Hello! I have a studio apartment in central Norr that I plan to rent out again from August (can be flexible with the move-in date). The apartment is 24 sqm with a rent of 5250 SEK (additional fee on Qasa). This includes everything such as electricity, heating, water, internet in the rent cost, and it is furnished (except for a wardrobe). The association also has a gym, sauna, and two laundry rooms. However, it is possible to rent unfurnished if preferred, and then we can agree on a rent reduction. The residence is about a 12-minute walk to the University Hospital. There is bus 7, 4, 6 between a 5-10 minute walk and about a 15-20 minute walk to the Travel Center. Within walking distance, there are several grocery stores like Coop, Hemköp, Ica, and Lidl.
