Welcome to a bright, spacious and beautifully designed apartment in Frogner, one of Oslo’s most attractive and sought-after neighbourhoods. I am renting out one furnished room in my apartment, with access to the apartment’s beautiful shared living areas. The apartment is finished to a high standard, tastefully furnished and has a calm and welcoming atmosphere. It offers the feeling of a proper home with plenty of space and comfortable surroundings – rather than a traditional shared apartment. The apartment has spacious and inviting common areas and is ideal for someone who appreciates quality, order and a home that is equally enjoyable for relaxing and entertaining. It is important to me to find a tenant who: * Has stable employment and a reliable income * Is tidy, clean and takes good care of their home * Appreciates quality, respect and a peaceful living environment * Is a non-smoker Initially, I would like to rent the room for six months. If we both feel that the arrangement works well, I would be happy to extend the tenancy. For me, good chemistry, mutual respect and maintaining a pleasant home environment are more important than renting the room quickly. I am therefore looking for someone who will treat the apartment with the same care as their own home.
