I am renting out a bright and spacious three-room apartment with a quiet and pleasant location. The apartment has a partially open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, which creates a social and airy feel. The kitchen is by Ballingslöv and, along with the newly renovated bathroom, gives the home a modern and fresh standard. The apartment offers two large bedrooms. One is currently furnished as a bedroom and the other is used as an office, but it works equally well as a bedroom. From the high south-facing balcony, you get many hours of sunlight. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The transport connections are very good with several bus lines and commuter trains nearby, making it easy to get both to and from the home. I am renting out the apartment because I will be subletting another apartment for a while and am looking for a responsible tenant who will enjoy and take care of the home.
