Totally renovated accommodation in 2022 in great condition. I am renting it out as my girlfriend and I are trying out cohabitation. The bedroom is located at the other end of the apartment and is therefore not disturbed by the evening sun. A storage room is included in the building's basement. The kitchen: A modern and nice IKEA kitchen with selected parts from other brands. Nice walnut doors and integrated fridge and freezer. Induction hob with modern fan above. The icing on the cake is the integrated wine cooler (see pictures). The bathroom: A real gem in the apartment. The picture speaks for itself. Fully tiled with underfloor heating and combo machine. The living room: Very airy and nice! Naturally joins the kitchen, with a large light influx. The bedroom: Beautiful bedroom with modern IKEA wardrobes with smart storage systems. The apartment includes a 120 cm bed. (If you wish to bring your own 180 cm bed, storage for the 120 cm bed can be arranged.) There is free parking on the street and throughout the area, with some 24-hour and some 7-day spots. In addition to the rent, you will need to sign your own electricity contract and home insurance. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. Otherwise, there are buses nearby. Stattena center with Hemköp, pharmacy, and gym is about a 5-minute walk from the residence. Included in the rent: Broadband (and WiFi router) Furniture in the apartment. TV (55-inch smart TV) Storage in the basement. I am quite pragmatic, so nothing is set in stone; we can discuss the move-in and such.
