Electricity is not included in the rent. Fixed price for electricity 500 SEK per month. A maximum of 2 people can live in the apartment. You are one of them. The apartment is fully furnished and has a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. The apartment is on the ground floor and has no balcony. The person I am looking for is an adult, responsible, non-smoker, without pets, clean and orderly. I am renting out from August 1st with a one-year contract.
