Hello, I will be renting out a room in my 4-room apartment with its own entrance. There is a small hallway and its own toilet. The room is unfurnished but can be furnished upon request. Electricity and high-speed fiber broadband are included in the rent. The apartment is close (3 minutes walk) to the center, bus stop, and train station.
