Sockenvägen, Borlänge

Hello, I have moved to Stockholm and therefore am renting out my condominium. The home is located in a very nice area in Borlänge (Sockenvägen) with proximity to nature, downtown, and good communication links. Public transport takes you to central Borlänge in just a few minutes. It is also very close to Romme Alpin. I am looking for a well-behaved tenant who lives/is going to study or work in Borlänge. You should have an orderly economy and no payment remarks. It would work best if you want to sign a second-hand rental agreement for 2 years. I prioritize you. But minimum 1 year. As documentation, I would like a certificate from your workplace, study certificate, or other relevant documentation, as I need to be able to present this to the condominium association. Moving in according to the agreement but need a month for the current tenant to move out, and the agreement extends indefinitely. Otherwise by agreement. 1 or 2 years.
