I am looking for a tenant to share my 58 sqm two-room apartment in Umeå. The apartment is located on Axtorpsvägen in Berghem, very close to the University. About 1.5 km to the city center, about 100 m to the nearest store, and about 800 meters to Gamlia exercise trail/forest area. The apartment has one bedroom, a large living room with a glassed-in balcony, a hall, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The person renting will get the living room with its own balcony. We share the hall, kitchen, and bathroom. The living room has its own door. The room is 20 sqm, and the balcony is 5 sqm, the living room was painted quite recently and has parquet flooring. I am renting out the apartment while commuting to and from Arjeplog where I live with my family. I mostly work from Arjeplog and do not plan to be in the apartment more than a day a month. In practice, the person renting will have a 1-room apartment of about 40 sqm. The kitchen has kitchen utensils, but there is plenty of space for someone who wants to bring their own. In the basement, there is a storage room that the tenant will have access to. There is a laundry room in the building - with a drying cupboard and a dryer. Other facilities such as a sauna and carpentry room are in another of the condominium association's buildings. I rent out the room partly furnished with a sofa, table and chairs, lighting (as shown in the picture). If you, who rent, want to bring only your own furniture, that is fine. Renting from around August 1st and preferably to someone who wants to stay for a longer period, but the move-in date is flexible. I prefer to rent to a female tenant. The rent is 6500/month. The rent includes internet, electricity and heating, water. The price does not include a parking space but it is possible to queue for a parking space if desired, with the fee to be paid by the tenant. Other: Notice period from the tenant is 1 month.
