Two of four rooms are available for rent, in a separate apartment for female tenants We have a pleasant (bright and renovated) rental apartment with a separate entrance, in the basement of our villa in Norby, southern Uppsala: Close to the City Forest and right next to Hågadalen. It is also close to bus stops both on Norbyvägen (bus no. 7) and Vårdsätravägen (e.g., bus no. 11). It is easy to get around by bike or bus to, for example, the Academic Hospital, BMC, Pollacksbacken/Ångström, and Ultuna. The distance to the city center is about five km (ten minutes by bus, at the fastest). The apartment has a separate entrance and is shared by four tenants. We now have two vacant rooms. Currently, two girls aged 19-26 years live in the rental apartment. The entire rental apartment is about 130 m2, and the four bedrooms are about 10 m2 each. The rest are common areas for all four tenants. The bedrooms are unfurnished (but have built-in wardrobes). The common rooms have furniture, such as a dining table + chairs for six people, a corner sofa, and some storage furniture. Communal areas consist of a large living room with a fireplace (wood included), a kitchenette (cooking nook), a spacious bathroom with a shower, sauna, and toilet, an additional small WC with a toilet, laundry room, drying room, and storage. Broadband and WiFi are included in the rent (also electricity, heating, water, etc. are included). The monthly rent is 3,300 SEK for September-May, but only 1,700 SEK for June, July, August (and a 3,300 SEK deposit that is refunded upon moving out). Over a year, this averages to a monthly rent of 2,900 SEK. Non-smoking and pet-free. One month's notice period, with moving out on the last day of the month. We who rent out are named Julia and Jakob, we are both 51 years old, and we have three children. But you will not meet us often, as those living in the rental apartment have their own entrance.
