We are renting out our lovely apartment for about 1 year because we are going to try living abroad. The apartment is a 3-room in a house from 2019 with an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. There is a large enclosed balcony, walk-in closet, and washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. It is a nice association with good community cohesion, and in the courtyard, there is a playground and a grill. The apartment is located in Kärrtorp's center. The metro and grocery stores (ICA and Coop) are less than 1 minute away. In the center, there is also the Biograf Reflexen and Turteatern. By metro, you can reach the south in about 10 minutes. The Nacka Reserve is around the corner, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to Söderbysjön where you can swim. Several cafés and restaurants in the nearby area are great! The apartment is rented out furnished. The children's room can be emptied if desired. Electricity, water, and internet are included.
