Old house in need of upgrades considered for rent. Located on a farm with location in Hjørundfjorden / Sæbø in Ørsta Municipality. It has a generally simple standard. The first floor consists of two living rooms with a lounge, kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dining area. Bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms (possibly 2 more, but they need renovation), with sleeping space for 3 (possibly 5 if needed). Note: somewhat steep stairs to the second floor. 15 minutes by car to Ørsta or Volda. 7 minutes to Sæbø. Low standard, as the house is from the early 1900s. It is located by the county road with easy access, free and rural location. Pets are welcome.
