Hello. We are a family of four who have a guesthouse on the property we rent out. We are looking for someone who is responsible, calm, and reliable and needs to rent a small apartment. The rent includes heating, water, and electricity. It is suitable for weekly commuters as there is no washing machine, or for example, students at the Music Conservatory who have access to both a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room for students.
