Tänne et tarvitse mukaasi kuin repun! Kaunis, kalustettu asunto parhaalla paikalla Kotkansaarta. Rauhallinen, hiljainen talo sekä katu vaikka ydinkeskustassa. Lasitetulta parvekkeelta riippukiikusta näkymät Palotorninvuorelle, taloyhtiön mukaan parvekkeella saa halutessa tupakoida. Lemmikki on sallittu jos olet varma ettei tuhoa paikkoja 🙈 Kylpyammeen lisäksi erillinen suihku. Taloyhtiössä pesutupa ja kuivaushuone, 5e/puoli päivää. Täysin varusteltu keittiö koneineen ja astioineen, vaatehuone, 160cm sänky, peitot ja tyynyt, vuodevaatteita löytyy kaapista. Olohuoneessa vuodesohva divaanilla ja kirjakaappi täynnä luettavaa. Ruokapöytään mahtuu 8 aterioitsijaa tai seurapelaajaa tai muuta salaseuralaista :) Wifi ja perus sähkön- ja vedenkulutus sisältyy vuokraan. Asunto on ollut välillä Airbnbssä, mutta kun olen itse nyt opiskelemassa Lapissa niin olisi kiva saada vähän pitempiaikainen kuin yhden yön oleskelija, onnistuu toki myös lyhyehkökin vuokraus 🤗 All you need to bring here is a backpack! Beautiful, furnished apartment in the best location in Kotkansaari. Peaceful, quiet house and street, even though it's in the city center. The glazed balcony has a hammock and views to the park, according to the housing company, you can smoke on the balcony if you want. Pets are allowed if you are sure they won't destroy the place 🙈 In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate shower. The housing company has a laundry room and drying room, 5e/half a day. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and dishes, walk-in closet, 160cm bed, blankets and pillows, bed linen can be found in the closet. In the living room there is a sofa bed with a divan and a bookcase full of reading material. The dining table can accommodate 8 diners or social gamers or other secret companions :) Wifi and basic electricity and water consumption are included in the rent. The apartment has been on Airbnb for a while, but since I'm currently studying in Lapland, it would be nice to have someone stay a little longer than just one night, of course a shorter rental is also possible 🤗
