Hi! We are renting out our apartment on Bomansgatan in Västerås. It is one floor up with a private entrance, it has a walk-up and a balcony. We will be renting it out between September 1 - April 30. It is technically 3 bedrooms, but one of the rooms will be kept closed during this period. A good floor plan and plenty of storage. There is a bathroom with a toilet, washer/dryer, and shower, and then there is an additional smaller toilet. Everything will be included in the rent, electricity, parking, heating, etc. The only thing the tenant will need to add is home insurance. Just get in touch if you have more questions.
