The apartment consists of a hallway, bathroom, storage, bedroom1, an open kitchen connected to the large living room where a part can advantageously be used as a dining area, and at the end of the apartment there is bedroom2 and a balcony. The apartment is very fresh and airy and it has many windows, two of which are large in the living room contributing to a lot of natural light. Another advantage is that the two bedrooms are at either end of the apartment, the advertised room (the main bedroom with a built-in closet) is in the hallway while the other is on the other side of the living room next to the balcony, maintaining a private feeling even though you share the accommodation with another, so to speak. You share equally the hallway, kitchen and bathroom, and the first half of the living room (the dining area). Ps: Many people have shown interest in this area, therefore it is difficult for me to choose to respond to all interested parties, and therefore I will choose carefully to respond to those I think can fit into my safe home! ❤️
