Starting from 11/01/2026, a well-laid-out, spacious, unfurnished, two-room apartment with a balcony in Puotila will be available for long-term rent in a quiet building. (2nd floor, no elevator.) The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer (the so-called "American fridge"). The bathroom has a washing machine connection and a small washing machine as well as a shower with a bathtub. All surfaces are light-colored. Near the apartment, there are both services (Alepa, R-Kioski, and a stone's throw away, Itis, Prisma, Citymarket) and parks, nature, and the bay with outdoor areas.
