Access to the room can be arranged a few days earlier if needed. Out in the country with only 6 km to Örebro University, you get nature-close living. My daughter has moved out, so now I'm renting out a room on the upper floor. Suitable for those who commute for work or for a student. The room is 15 sqm with an adjoining walk-in closet (with a makeup mirror) of 7 sqm with good storage. Your primary area is your room, but you naturally have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. Electricity, heating, water/sewage, internet, laundry, dishes, parking, are included in the rent. There is a cat in the house. There is plenty of space for a car, and it takes about 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike to the university. The regional bus is about 600 meters from the residence and runs every 15 minutes during rush hours and about every 30 minutes otherwise. In the middle of the day, it runs less frequently. A bit about us who live here. I work as a civil servant and partly work from home. I live here with my son who is 19 years old full-time and a son who is 16 years old part-time. My daughter, of course, visits sometimes. I have a partner and a bonus son who live in another part of the city but are naturally part of our house. We are all calm people (except for an occasionally energetic bonus son 😁) and don't make much noise. Engaged young people who play might be heard sometimes, of course.
