We rent out our small house to a responsible person. The house is next to our house on a horse farm and is furnished. There are horses in the stable, which is also close to the house. The layout is a kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a larger room with a sofa set and also a double bed 160cm. The laundry room is in a building next door and is only used by the person who rents the house. The house must be kept smoke-free and pet-free. It is 2 kilometers to the train station in Dösjebro, so you must have a car to live here. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, internet, and garbage collection. The rent is based on 1 person living in the house; if there are 2 people, an additional 500:- + service fee will be added.
