We are renting out our fully furnished apartment to a non-smoking, pet free tenant, minimum 1 year who can show proof of work or study. The apartment is approx 27 sqm with a separate hallway, tiled bathroom, small kitchen, and a larger studio. The apartment is on the 6th floor with a gorgeous view and privacy (neighbors can’t see inside). In the kitchen there’s everything you need, including fridge, freezer, combined micro/oven, water boiler, and a small stove. All the necessities (pots, pans, cutlery…) in the kitchen are included with the rent. Utilities (electricity, water, heating, broadband) are included in the rent. Peaceful neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Lovely view across the water towards BTH and 6 minutes to the campus by bike. Bus line 7 stops just outside the building, which goes directly to Karlskrona central station. The apartment is close to the popular Långö open-air bath, within walking distance to a large Willys supermarket. Tenants have free access to the co-op’s shared gym, sauna, laundry room, bike storage, common areas, and garden. The rental is based on a contract, and the co-op (owner association) must approve all tenants. According to the rules of the co-op the tenant must provide his or her own home insurance.
