This is a well-planned two-room apartment on the second floor in a quiet and green area near central Malmö. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a grocery store, convenience stores, park, (plenty of) bus connections, and old Sofielund with its charming small colorful houses! Within a few minutes by bike, you are at Triangeln and the heart of Malmö. The apartment has windows in two directions and is bathed in natural light all day. The bedroom is large and has a wonderful custom-built wardrobe. The bathroom is fully tiled and renovated less than 5 years ago. The kitchen is substantial and made of oak, offering plenty of storage (as well as a large walk-in pantry or wardrobe!) and is a delight for those who enjoy cooking and having guests over. The living room is large and bright, the entire apartment was repainted in 2025. The floors are painted white and made of wood, except for the hall where the parquet stands out. In the building, there are several large laundry rooms with 2 washing machines, a dryer, and a drying room. It is often available at short notice! The apartment also comes with a large basement storage where you can store much that you do not wish to have in the apartment. In the enclosed courtyard, there is a barbecue area, an environmental house, bicycle racks, and plenty of green space. And a raspberry bush that yields a rich harvest in late summer! I am renting out this apartment because I am trying out living with friends in a collective, and therefore looking for tenants for my cozy apartment.
