Hi! I am renting out my apartment from 15 August 2026 for a year, as I am working outside Sweden. The apartment is located in the Kortedala area, in a calm and relaxed neighborhood with access to the woods and walking trails nearby. Within 2-3 minutes walking distance is Kortedala Torg, where you have grocery and shopping stores, and also the tram stop, from where you can reach the central station in 17 minutes. The apartment is 40 sqm and has a 1.5 room layout, with a living room/sleeping room separated from the kitchen and bathroom. Attached to the living room is a spacious balcony where you can (potentially) get sun from morning until late afternoon. The apartment is furnished and on the 2nd floor (No lift). You have access to laundry and bike parking in the basement. Rent is 7950kr/month (accommodation, wifi, heating). Electricity charges will be added extra every month (Avg 150-200kr according to usage).
