The apartment is laid out with a separate living room, kitchen, hall, and bedroom. The bathroom is a bit smaller but suitable for 2 people, and there is a balcony with morning sun. It can be rented furnished, partially furnished, or completely unfurnished, but the dining table has been sold, and I will also want to sell the bed! I can provide a replacement in the worst-case scenario. It is located about a 3-5 minute walk to Söder Tull, and there is residential parking available for 300 SEK/month. I am moving to Uppsala, which is why I am renting out the apartment, preferably for a longer period (indefinitely)! I am also flexible with the move-in date!
