Room for rent in Hammarby Sjöstad I am looking for a roommate for my apartment, 3 rooms and kitchen, in Hammarby Sjöstad. You rent one room (about 16 sqm) with access to kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. 2 minutes to tram, bus, grocery store, bakery and restaurants. Short walk, 6-7 minutes, to Sickla and Järla sjö, two lakes with swimming facilities surrounded by forests and parks, great for running and walking. I am looking for someone who is orderly and non-smoking and who wants to rent indefinitely. It is important to me that you should be able to feel at home, cook when you want, and use the common areas. The room is furnished with a bed, a chest of drawers, a desk, and a wardrobe.
