ABOUT THE APARTMENT We offer apartments with good planning and a modern touch. An additional plus factor is the beautiful light intake through extra-large window sections from floor to ceiling. The kitchen is decorated in a modern dark tone and prepared for a dishwasher. The bathroom is fully tiled and furnished with both washing and drying facilities. The comfort in the apartment is of modern class with underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment. We offer a dishwasher as an option for 70 SEK/month. THE RENT Included in the rent is an additional fee for broadband 100/100 and TV Lagom, the price is 300 SEK/month. Electricity and water - individual metering. This means you don't have to sign your own agreements for electricity or hot water. This is already arranged when you move into the apartment. We measure your consumption and invoice the cost in conjunction with your rent bill. NEIGHBORHOOD- TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS Vega is the district that is developing as a lively place with mixed buildings in scenic surroundings. The transport links are very good as you will live only a short walk from the commuter train that takes you to central Stockholm in about 25 minutes. Next to the house, there is also the possibility to rent a parking space with priority for our residents. Only a stone's throw from the house, all amenities are available with services and trade including a grocery store, playground, gym, and restaurant.
