It is the old parsonage in Mariannelund - a house with a distinct history, preserved character, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The neighborhood is very pleasant, quiet, and well-maintained. Directly behind the house, the forest begins. From the small balcony on the upper floor, you can look out over the greenery, while the fantastic veranda on the entrance level offers a wonderful place for quiet mornings, long summer evenings, and relaxing living. The house has two bedrooms: one facing east and one facing west. Additionally, there is a bright living room, a separate dining room, kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, and practical utility areas. On the property, there are also side buildings, including a garage and a small workshop. Villa Victoria has previously been one of our high-quality premium guesthouses. Now we offer the house for long-term rental for private and professional reasons. We are relocating our main residence to Västervik due to age and work reasons and therefore no longer have the time required for the very time-consuming maintenance of holiday accommodations. Therefore, we are looking for long-term tenants who appreciate the special character of the house and who will take good care of this beautiful home. Technically, the house is well-equipped. It has geothermal heating as an energy-efficient heating solution as well as fiber internet. The existing equipment is of high quality and adapted for comfortable living. The base rent for the unfurnished house is **12,000 SEK per month**. This rent does not include any running costs. All operational costs, living costs, and consumption costs are fully paid by the tenant. Upon request, Villa Victoria can also be rented fully furnished and equipped. In that case, the monthly rent is **16,000 SEK**. Alternatively, the existing furniture and the house’s equipment can also be purchased. The existing robotic lawnmower can also be taken over if interested.
