House with a view of the sea - located in Knivsvik, Holmsbu. The bathroom will be completely renovated this fall. Access to a car charger. Fully equipped. Normally rented out only for shorter periods, but we make exceptions due to the fire in Krogstadelva if someone wishes to rent throughout the winter. Inspection recommended. Three bedrooms in the main house. One in annex. The first floor consists of a hallway, bathroom, one bedroom, living room, and kitchen. There is a Jøtul stove in the living room. Exit from the living room/kitchen to a large veranda. West-facing. The second floor has two bedrooms. Annex with its own bedroom. Small boat, SUP, and kayaks can be used. Welcome for a pleasant tour!
