Beachfront new cozy small house for rent from (from Sep/Oct or after agreement, until summer 2027). It can be rented annually but with a different fee during the summer. We are looking for a tenant for our small newly built cabin about 30m2 (including shared laundry room) for a period when we ourselves do not use it. There is a possibility to rent year-round (perpetually) but with a different fee during the summer (peak season). THE PRICE IS FOR COLD RENT There will be a cost per month for: WIFI Fully furnished Sewage emptying Garbage disposal THE HOUSE ELECTRICITY Sewage emptying The house was newly built and completed during the summer of 2023 in the cabin there are: One bedroom with double bed + window, living room/kitchen with everything you need in an open floor plan (including microwave, kettle, iron, table chairs. Sofa bed for guests, TV with wifi, WC with shower, laundry room in the same house but different entrance (outside) which we also use when we live there. Terrace outside the house is included with furniture. A privacy screen of wood is built between the small and large house so that you have your own part, grill available. The house is rented out furnished with everything you need - but we can remove or discuss if you wish to remove something. Parking is available outside the house (shared with us). The beach & surrounding area: Take the path that is right next to the cabin and walk about 3 minutes you will find a fantastic bathing place that has everything one could wish for with jetties, diving tower and sandy beach. The cabin is located in a very quiet area with strawberry picking in the summer, forest, hiking trails and the beach. A newly built very nice wood sauna is available on the beach and can be used for a small fee. Location: It takes about 10-15min to drive to Kungshamn, Bovallstrand, Hunnebostrand and Smögen. A bus stop is at the entrance of the area from the main road about 8 minutes walking distance from the cabin. Good bus connections both into Smögen and Kungshamn and to and from Uddevalla and Gothenburg. The surrounding area Röd consists of about 40 properties with year-round housing as well as summer guests. Within about 10-15min distance you have shops, restaurants, bakery, gym, swimming pool, liquor store and paddle. About 3-5 min from the cabin you will find Nordea Ark with good fika and lunch as well as Lyckans Stenungs bakery. Other: The residence is suitable for 1-2 people with guest space for two on the sofa bed. We do not allow pets in the residence (possibly a cat), we also do not allow smoking or smokers. The rental period: can be discussed together, but the desired rental period is From Sept/Oct 2026 - until the summer 2027. But it is also possible to discuss the possibility of continued rental even during the summer, but at a higher rent during peak season. Then we can return to the longer term in the fall again.
