Newly built winterized seaside house for rent from Sept 2026 to May/June 2027 (exact dates can be discussed). There is also an option to rent our smaller house on the property, 30m2. So you can rent both the large + small house, providing you many bedrooms. Large nice garden and a few minutes' walk to the beach (sea + transportation). The price is for rent with heating included and includes: 6500:- / Month incl below. Furniture WIFI Sewer emptying Electricity and Water (with reservation for increases in case of extreme electricity price hikes). Garbage disposal A deposit of 1.5 months' rent is required at move-in. THE HOUSE We rent furnished and rent to calm individuals who will take good care of the house. If you wish to remove some of the furniture, it can of course be discussed. The house is suitable for a small family, a couple, or someone who wants to live alone. Maybe you are renovating/building your own house or need a temporary solution for a period. Smoking/persons who smoke are not accepted. Neither are pets. (potentially a cat or a small dog that does not bite). The house was built in 2021 and includes: - Bedroom 1- with double bed + wardrobe + exit to terrace. - Bedroom 2 - with large wardrobe, double bed, and exit to terrace. - Living room + kitchen with everything you need in an open plan (includes: - kettle, iron, table chairs. Large sofa, tv with wifi, WC with shower, laundry room outside the large house. - Loft: with a double bed perfect for children and friends (low in the ceiling) - LARGE deck around the entire house with furniture, grill included and trampoline (during the warm months). - Parking available outside the house. The small house has space for four people and everything you need (this can be taken over during the summer when we take the large, but also rent during Sept-May if desired). Beach & surrounding area: Take the trail located right next to the cabin and about a 3-minute walk you will find a fantastic swimming spot with everything you can wish for with docks, diving towers, and sandy beach. The cabin is in a very quiet area with strawberry picking in the summer, forest, hiking trails, and the beach. Opportunity to use the boathouse and the possibility to rent a mooring might be available. Newly built very nice wood sauna is available on the beach and can be used for a small fee. Location: To Kungshamn, Bovallstrand, Hunnebostrand, and Smögen you drive in about 10-15min. A bus stop is available at the entrance of the area from the main road about 8 minutes walk from the cabin. Good bus connections both into Smögen and Kungshamn as well as to and from Uddevalla and Gothenburg. The surrounding area Röd consists of about 40 properties with year-round residents and summer visitors. Within about 10-15min distance, you have shops, restaurants, bakery, gym, swimming pool, liquor store, and paddle. About 3-5 min from the cabin, you find Nordea Ark with good fika and lunch as well as Lyckans Stenungs bakery. Wonderful neighbors in the area! Feel free to contact for more questions!
