Husarvägen, Upplands Väsby

We are renting out our bright and spacious three-room apartment in central Upplands Väsby starting October 2026. The apartment has a large southwest-facing balcony overlooking the quiet and lush courtyard. The location is fantastic, with walking distance to Väsby centrum, commuter trains, and buses. It is a quiet, calm, and safe area. The apartment is in very good condition and is furnished. The bathroom was completely renovated in connection with the pipe replacement in 2023 and has underfloor heating and a brand new washing machine. The apartment includes a storage room. Parking spaces are available in the association. We are looking for a calm, serious, and responsible tenant who will enjoy and take good care of the apartment (preferably a couple without children or a small family with one child since we only have one bed in the apartment). Pets may be allowed upon agreement: for example, a small, calm, and well-behaved dog might be okay. We prefer a long-term tenant. The agreement is written one year at a time with a good possibility for extension. The association has specific rules and must approve the tenant. They also require the tenant to acquire their own home insurance. The rent includes water, electricity, parking (if desired), and internet.
