Husarvägen, Upplands Väsby

We are renting out our bright and spacious three-room apartment in central Upplands Väsby from October 2026. The apartment has a large southwest-facing balcony with a view of the quiet and leafy courtyard. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Väsby center, commuter trains, and buses. The apartment is in very good condition and is furnished. If you have your own furniture, we are flexible and can adapt according to your preferences. The bathroom was completely renovated in connection with the pipe replacement in 2023 and has underfloor heating and a brand new washing machine. The apartment includes a storage room. Parking/garage space is available in the association but any space must be applied for and signed by the tenant according to the association's rules. We are looking for a calm, responsible, and well-behaved tenant who will enjoy and take good care of the apartment. Pets may be allowed by agreement: for example, a small, calm, and well-behaved dog may be okay. We preferably want a long-term tenant.
