I live in an apartment and rent out a room. In the room, there is a bed, wardrobe, shelf, and desk with a chair. We share the kitchen, toilet with shower, and a small outdoor patio with a wooden deck and lawn. Parking is available outside. Close to a gas station, pizzeria, grocery stores, several bus stops, and Ramlösa station where the train to Hbg C takes 3 minutes. The beach is within a 15-minute walking distance. I am a 46-year-old woman living with my 12-year-old son and 3 cats.
