Bus stop approx. 50m from the apartment and less than a 10-minute walk to Leinelä train station. Nearby grocery store and the extensive services of both Tikkurila and Jumbo. The housing company has parking, which operates on a queue basis; outdoor space 20€/month and hall space 50€/month. Additionally, a sauna, club room, apartment-specific storage rooms, and separate space for bike storage. No laundry room. Nice outdoor areas start from the opposite side of the road and fitness stairs nearby. A credit check is an absolute requirement for renting. Credit information is checked by Qasa and the landlord before signing the rental agreement. The apartment is unfurnished. Water advance payment 22€/month, adjusted annually according to the housing company’s schedule. Tenant will make their own electricity contract. Tenant must take out comprehensive home insurance with liability coverage for the entire rental period. Rent increase criteria: Cost of living index + up to 3.5% annually. Pets negotiable. The rental agreement is made valid until further notice – the first possible termination date is 11 months after the start of the lease.
