Welcome to rent the basement apartment in our villa in the lush Gideonsberg. Here you will find a nice studio with its own entrance facing the street, its own bathroom, and a kitchen with a stove, fridge/freezer, and sink. The residence is centrally located in Västerås, within 10 minutes cycling distance to the center, university, and hospital, and 100 meters from the nearest bus stop. There is also the possibility of private parking on our driveway at an extra cost of 500 SEK/month. The apartment is rented out with the furniture shown in the pictures. The rent includes electricity, water, heating, and internet. You will also have access to 1 sqm in our garage where you can store, for example, a bike or some moving boxes. The apartment connects to the rest of the villa through a shared laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer that you can use. The door to the laundry room is equipped with a lock so you can easily lock yourself in and have your own completely private residence.
