The apartment is 60 m2 and is divided into a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bedroom. The balcony is adjacent to the bedroom and there is a combined washer-dryer in the bathroom. The rent includes electricity, water, and heating as well as internet and TV offerings. A bus stop is about 5 minutes away, and by bike, you can reach Gränby Center in about 3 minutes. Gränby Center has everything you need in your everyday life. A bike ride to Uppsala C takes about 10 minutes. I am renting out the apartment because I have a cohabitation relationship and work in another location.
