Hello! I am renting out my apartment as I work in another location. It is a very modern, fresh, open, and bright 2-room apartment, situated in Fålhagen, about a 10-minute walk to the city center, 8 minutes by bike to the University Hospital, and 400 meters from the nearest grocery store (Willys). The apartment was built in 2007 and has a fully equipped kitchen, its own washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, and a spacious furnished balcony facing south. It is rented out fully furnished. There is space for a larger bed (the current one is 120 cm). I would prefer if you have a steady income and are free from payment defaults. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The rent includes water, heating, internet, and TV channels. You will need to arrange your own electricity contract, however, the apartment is very energy efficient.
