Large 2-room apartment with a large kitchen and living room in a country style. Some parts are lightly renovated, but ongoing maintenance/renovation will occur. Located in one of the barns on our farm, so some spaces are shared, but some spaces are more easily separated. The apartment is furnished as it is rented out via Airbnb in the summer. You can agree on furnishing upon interest and rental. Rural quiet environment with about a 20-minute walk or 10 minutes by bike into Leksand center. There is a bus stop 50 m from the farm. There are dogs on the farm, and the neighboring farm has horses, so you should have no concerns about this. The rent includes heating, electricity, water/sewer, broadband, and garbage collection.
