I will have home insurance for the apartment while you need to supplement yours for extra furniture, etc. The apartment is less than 5 years old and I will therefore prioritize those who want to stay long and at least 8-10 months. About 30 min by bus and train from Barkarby to T-Centralen. Also count on just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop. To not disturb the current tenant, viewings will only be for those who are genuinely serious. The apartment is unfurnished.
