I wish to sublet my apartment since I plan to try living in another location. The apartment is partially renovated with fresh wallpaper in all rooms and a renovated bathroom. Currently, the kitchen and hall floors are being renovated, hence no photos, but a viewing can be arranged. The apartment is very practical as it has its own front door. In the bathroom, there is both a washing machine and a dryer. Large walk-in closet and a large wardrobe in the hall. Garage space with an electric outlet is included, and trailer/caravan parking can also be arranged. The association provides many amenities: laundry room, sauna, rentable space, trailers to borrow, etc. The area is extremely quiet, with nearby shops, parks, bike paths, playgrounds, and more. The rent includes everything, including broadband (1000Mbit) and parking (garage with charging station). I aim to rent it out for 1 year initially, with the possibility of extension. Potential priority sale can be discussed in the future.
