Renting out a room in a detached house with a rental price of 10,500 kr per month (11,022 kr including service fee, deposit 31,500 kr). The property is located close to shops, hiking areas, bus/light rail, shopping center, and school. The room includes its own entrance, kitchen/bedroom/living room, and a bathroom/laundry room. Internet and parking are included. Electricity is not included and will follow Norway's pricing. All furniture (bed, sofa, dining table/chairs, drawers/shelves) in the pictures are included if desired. We want to rent out to calm and responsible tenants who want a long-term rental relationship. We preferably want a reference from previous rental relationships, an employer, or a guardian.
