Shared laundry room in the basement, large bicycle room in the neighboring building. Rented out furnished as I am moving in with my girlfriend. The rent includes furniture (bed, sofa, bookshelves, desk, kitchen table, and chairs), electricity, broadband (wifi), and hot water. Other things can be included by agreement (e.g., TV, Moccamaster, crockery, and kitchen utensils). The apartment is located in Högsbo, very close to Axel Dahlström's square with an ICA, Nordic Wellness, restaurants, and a tram stop (15-20 minutes to Brunnsparken, 5 minutes to Frölunda Torg). It is also within walking distance to Majorna and Slottsskogen. The move-in date is flexible. We are applying for subletting for a year from Familjebostäder.
