The garden at the back is shared with the neighbor upstairs. We are looking for a couple/family with an interest in gardening to care for a garden with fruit trees and a greenhouse. Electric heating and air source heat pump provide heating, and the cost for this is approximately an additional kr/month. The deposit is three months' rent. Three months' notice.
