About the residence The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant area in Vårberg, only a 5-minute walk to the subway. By subway, it takes about 25 minutes to T-Centralen. Vårberg Centrum is just a 3-minute walk away, and Skärholmen Centrum is about a 10-minute walk away. From there, buses also go to Kungens Kurva, a journey that takes about 5 minutes. Right outside the door, there is beautiful nature and a beach, perfect for walks and relaxation. About the room The room is about 15 m² and is rented furnished with: * Bed * Wardrobe * Dresser * Nightstand * Chair You have your own entrance to the room and your own toilet, which provides extra privacy. Of course, you also have access to the shared areas such as the kitchen, living room, and balcony. Rent The rent includes: * Electricity * Heating * Internet Upon moving in, the first month's rent is paid. Thereafter, the rent is paid monthly, no later than the **25th of each month**. A written tenancy agreement for the lodger is drawn up.
