Hello! We wish to rent out our apartment as we have recently bought a house. The apartment is up for sale, so we would like to sign a 3-month contract with a chance for extension. The apartment has an open floor plan, but there is a passage at the kitchen area which nicely separates the kitchen and living room. The balcony is large and faces a green courtyard. The bedroom faces Färgfabriksgatan and has good sound insulation towards the street. There is also a large walk-in closet in the bedroom. There is also the possibility to rent a guest apartment that belongs to the association for 400 SEK per night. Backaplan is just a stone's throw from the residence and you have grocery stores like Willys and Lidl, gyms (both Nordic Wellness and Friskis), Alkemisten which is a cozy café, within walking distance. Public transport connections are also great, and you can get to the central station in about 7 minutes by tram. The rent includes everything such as water, electricity, TV, and fiber.
