I will rent out my fantastic 1.5-room apartment in Industristaden for one year starting from the beginning of September as I will be studying in another location. The apartment is 34 square meters, in addition to that there is also a spacious balcony. It works great for either a single tenant or a couple. Walking and cycling distance to everything you might need; downtown, central station, grocery store, university hospital, campus, and student nations. The apartment is rented out furnished. The rent includes heating, water, electricity, and broadband. I prefer that you rent the entire period; the exact date for moving in can be discussed.
