Hello! I'm renting out a room in my two-bedroom apartment in Björkhagen (line 17 towards Skarpnäck) in a quiet and pleasant area, just 5 minutes from the subway. The train takes about fifteen minutes to T-Centralen. It's close to beautiful nature, both forest, and lake. You have the bedroom, I have the living room, and we share the kitchen and bathroom. In addition to the freestanding wardrobe and chest of drawers, there is also a built-in wardrobe in the bedroom. In the living room - which you can use by arrangement - there is a TV and sofa. I am a retiree, former teacher, exercise a few times a week, am quite social and open but also need peace and quiet. For over 40 years, I have practiced a way to connect with my inner self, which I value greatly. I love the harmony in nature and also get inspiration from life and movement, art, and dance. A closed door means that you/I want to be left alone, if it is open, there is an opportunity for contact. If someone wants something, knocking is natural, just common sense rules. I believe things will work themselves out naturally over time, but it can be good to have something to start from. We take turns cleaning the common areas. I prefer a female tenant. I will be in the countryside until the end of August, but we can have a video call before if you want. Possibly, I can arrange a viewing before if needed. Welcome to get in touch! Gunborg P.S.
