Rent 1200€/month The bathroom was completely renovated a few months ago, the bathroom space was expanded, tiling renewed, plumbing renovated, and a cabinet with good storage space was added to the bathroom. (Bad picture, I can send better ones upon request.) Now there's a lovely apartment available on the third floor (top floor) without an elevator, located in a quiet area in Helsinki's Suurmetsä. The apartment has good public transport connections to Helsinki. (Bus 77 goes to the railway station, and bus 69 to Kamppi) The apartment is located in the HSL - AB zone. The Jakomäki shopping center is within walking distance. The apartment is conveniently close to the city center, but the backyard opens up to a forest and nature trails. A major bathroom renovation has just been completed in the apartment, during which the bathroom was completely refurbished and made larger. As a result, the floor plan is not fully up-to-date, a wall was removed from the bathroom, so the toilet and shower are now a unified space. The bathroom has a washing machine connection. The apartment is spacious and is also ideal for a shared apartment, in which case it is possible to negotiate several separate rental agreements with the landlord as needed. (For example, 2 persons = 600€/person) It is also perfect as a student apartment. Both room doors have locks and keys. The rooms are about the same size. The rooms have plenty of cabinet space. The area is child-friendly, with nearby kindergartens and good playgrounds, making it perfect as a family apartment! The kitchen is a spacious open-plan concept with enough room for cooking. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher and a range hood. The apartment has a glazed balcony, with access from the second room. There is a possibility to buy a parking space, and the housing company has guest spots. Our housing company has a sauna where you can buy slots and a free gym. The apartment comes with a rather large storage cage from the same stairwell. The stairwell also has a bicycle storage and a laundry room. The yard of the housing company indeed has several children's playgrounds, including swings and a sandbox. We, as tenants, are moving out, and the apartment would be available to move in from 24.8 onwards (but preferably by) 1.9.26. We agreed with the landlord to find new tenants ourselves, so we can move out earlier since our studies have switched to another city. The landlord is a nice and friendly woman who has always been available by phone and has taken good care of us during our two-year stay. Her wish is to get a tenant for at least a year, but the contract can be renewed, just as it has been for us! The rental deposit is 1200€/equal to one month's rent, and the apartment is rented unfurnished. Built in 1974, but kept in good condition and renovated.
