Döbelnsgatan, Uppsala

Hello all Uppsalans and aspiring settlers! I am now renting out my nice apartment in Kåbo, Uppsala. Located a stone's throw from BMC (Biomedical Centre for Uppsala University), right by the Academic Hospital and close to two grocery stores. Right outside, there is good access to public transportation and the beautiful Stadsskogen where I have hiked almost every day throughout the year. It is a studio apartment with a sleeping alcove, and a reasonably sized storage directly in the apartment. The sun shines in from the south through large windows. The reason I am renting out my gem is that I have now moved to Stockholm for work. Move-in can happen on September 21, but access may possibly be available as early as September 1. I will be renting out for at least 6 months, probably longer, and I hope you want to. What I am leaving behind is a large bed with a mattress, a classic sofa, a coffee table, a bookshelf, and a small additional dishwasher. I leave the storage free for you to use. I am looking for a nice and reliable person who has the need and wants to live a short distance from our beautiful city's center. Get in touch as soon as possible so we can see what can be arranged!
