Slussen, Henån

We are renting out our house in Slussen on Orust for a longer continuous period. The house is situated high, quiet, and secluded with panoramic views of the sea and evening sun on the large terraces. The cliffs of Bohuslän begin just outside the door, while it is close to swimming, Slussen's Guesthouse, and café. Everyday errands can be easily managed in Henån. The house is rented furnished and has two bedrooms in the main house as well as a separate guest cottage with a sofa bed, accommodating up to six people in total. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, a sauna, internet, and parking. It functions as permanent or temporary accommodation but is perhaps best suited as a long-term weekend and leisure residence for those longing for a fixed point on the west coast, a place to return to during fall, winter, and spring. The plot is situated high and partly steep, which provides the fantastic view but makes the house most suitable for adults and older children. We are looking for a responsible person, a couple, or a family who wants to take care of the house as their own, including a smaller and easy-to-maintain garden.
