Welcome to a rural accommodation in the scenic Kavelmora. The accommodation offers a simple house with 1 room and kitchen with a small bathroom. Currently, the cabin is furnished, but upon request, it can be rented unfurnished or partially furnished. There is an old wood stove in the kitchen and a smaller heater in the bedroom/living room that warms nicely during the colder months of the year. An air source heat pump has been installed since 2022 (not shown in pictures). The house is located on our farm, but with its own patio and separate parking, where a cable for an engine heater is available. A storage room and woodshed are available next to the cabin for easier storage. Most things are included in the rent, such as internet, road fees, and water and heating. So there are no hidden fees. From here, it is about 20 minutes to both Falun and Borlänge by car. Lake Stora Aspan is located just below the accommodation, and a public bathing area is about 2.5 km away. In winter, the lake is visited by some ice skaters as it freezes early. Simple ski tracks are created by enthusiasts in the area when the weather offers snow and cold. There is proximity to 4 alpine facilities (Romme, Nybro, Källviken, and Bjursås), as well as 2 golf courses (Aspeboda and Dalsjö). We are looking for someone (maximum 2 people in the household) who enjoys the simple life and feels good being amidst nature. You have a stable economy, are smoke-free and pet-free (preferably, some compromise may be possible). Access can be arranged by agreement. Best regards, Johan and Andrea
