Svartbäcksgatan, Uppsala

During the autumn, my partner and I are renting out our apartment due to studies in another location. This cozy two-room apartment of 50 square meters is rented out furnished and is located in Svartbäcken, about 8 minutes by bike from Uppsala center. The apartment is on the second floor, which is the top floor of the building. The kitchen is fully equipped and a dishwasher and washing machine are available. There is also a small laundry room in the same building and a large laundry room as well as a sauna and a small gym in the neighboring building. The area is quiet and pleasant with many families with children and elderly people. Nearby, there is a bakery, a tobacco shop, and a smaller “grocery store” for basic goods. Electricity, water, and internet are included in the rent.
