Rent out my apartment in Byttorp second hand. 4 rooms and kitchen with 89 sqm on the 2nd floor, no elevator. 2 bedrooms, living room, and dining room. The apartment has 2 glassed-in balconies in different positions which provide sun on the balcony for the majority of the day. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and top-loaded washing machine and one with a bathtub. The rent includes heating, water, internet. Electricity is included with normal consumption, over 300 kWh/month will be charged extra. Parking is available for use at no cost. Can be rented partially furnished or unfurnished. Close to Byttorpskolan, Byttorpssjön, and both Ica Byttorp and small Coop. The association must also approve the person who is renting. The apartment is for sale parallel with the rental. So the rental is indefinite until it is sold, notice period of 2 months before if it is sold or the association says that I can no longer rent it out.
